TACLOBAN CITY - Authorities are now searching for an inmate who escaped from Calbayog City Sub Provincial Jail, at 11:41 a.m., November 17.
According to a report from Police Regional Office 8, the escaped inmate was Jerry Dealagdon, 35, a resident of Brgy. Jolacao, Sta. Margarita, Samar.
Dealagdon is facing two counts of murder, attempted murder and frustated murder.
He managed to escape when he and other two inmates were tasked to fetch water outside the prison.
Authorities are advising the public to report if they spot the suspect, they can immediately report to the nearest police stations or call these numbers:
