Where to download or generate Mandatrack QR Code?
Individuals and business owners can download or generate a Mandatrack QR Code by visiting the MandaTrack portal at https://mandatrack.appcase.net/.
If you live in Antipolo, Taytay, Pasig, or Valenzuela, you are not required to register for a Mandaluyong QR Code, as QR Codes registered in these areas are accepted by the MandaTrack QR scanner upon entry to establishments.
This is due to the five LGUs' network consortium agreement, which allows residents from each area to enter each territorial jurisdiction using their QR codes.

Note: For visitors and employees who are not from Mandaluyong and already have a QR Code generated by Antipolo Bantay Covid, PasigPass, ValTrace, or Taytay Trail. You are no longer required to register, as Mandaluyong accepts your QR code.

- Personal Information (First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name);
- Birth Date;

Note: Remember your username and password because you will use them to login and obtain your Mandaluyong QR Code generated by the MandaTrack web applicaiton.

Note: Individuals may register again in the link provided if they lose their unique personal QR Code, subject to the application's security measures and policies. The lost QR Code will be blocked, and a new unique personal QR Code will be generated.
Where is the MandaTrack QR Code used?

Non-smartphone users can request assistance with registration, and once registered, they can print a physical copy of their unique personal QR Code and present it for scanning prior to entering the establishments.
How does the Mandatrack QR Code function?
When a QR Code is scanned, the individual's personal information is automatically transmitted and integrated into the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System.
When the scanner is not connected to the internet or cannot connect to the internet in order to transmit the data collected to the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System, the software allows the scanner to store the registrant's personal information in an offline mode.
The personnel, the owner, or the person in charge of the establishment shall make sure that the stored personal information, while the system was in offline mode, be transmitted to the Mandaluyong Central Contact Tracing System within twenty-four (24) hours from the time data was collected.
The Mandaluyong City Government will handle all information gathered from the individuals with the utmost confidentiality and securely dispose of it thirty (30) days after it was collected.
