TACLOBAN CITY – The city government of Tacloban has announced that hotline numbers are now available around the clock to serve residents and assist them with any concerns or complaints they may have.
Residents are encouraged by City Administrator Atty. Anacleto Rei Lacanilao III to make use of this service. "If they have anything to ask or complain about, they can call these numbers," Lacanilao said.
The city government's 24/7 hotline numbers are (+63)918-458-1196 and (+63)918-458-7174 for SMART, and (+63)956-366-0604, (+63)956-366-0603, and (+63)956-366-0689 for GLOBE.
These hotline numbers are also available to non-residents in Tacloban City.
Following the launch of these hotline numbers, Tacloban LGU is optimistic that this will reduce the sense of 'unreachability' and improve the quality of its services. —Tacloban News Update
