TACLOBAN CITY - During an intelligence-driven operation conducted by the 801st Maneuver Company, RMFB8 in Brgy. Paypayon, Oras Eastern Samar on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, a man wanted in connection with an estafa case was apprehended.
Police Captain Leslie R Lalic, Officer in Charge, identified the arrested as alias "Ador," 29 years old, male, single, construction worker, and resident of the said area.
According to PCpt Lalic, alias "Ador," he was arrested around 3:00 p.m. based on an arrest warrant in a joint operation of the 801st Maneuver Company, Oras Municipal Police Station, led by Police Major Michael N Oraller, Officer-In-Charge, and the 1st Eastern Samar Provincial Mobile Force Company under the supervision of Police Lieutenant Colonel Joy G Leanza, Force Commander, and with the active support of the Advocacy Support Group.
The arrested person is charged with estafa (Article 315, Par. 1 b) with an arrest warrant issued by Hon Jocelyn A White-Miller, Presiding Judge, Municipal Circuit Trial Court 8 (Judicial Region, Branch 5, San Policarpo, Eastern Samar), with bail set at Php12,000.00.
The PNP has stated that they will not stop looking for those guilty and have liability with the law.
