According to a Facebook post by the city's information office on August 19, CLEP Coordinator Ruena "Weng" Mate is very pleased with the increase in the number of people who are helped and given the opportunity to work through CLEP.
Mate urged them to put what they learned in training to use, citing the two CLEP graduates, one of whom was able to help his three children graduate from college and the other who plans to open his own bakery in the near future. —iTacloban
