The Biliran Police Provincial Office (BPPO), led by Acting Provincial Director PCol. Dionesio DC Apas Jr., ranked first in the Unit Performance Evaluation Report (UPER) for the period August 1-30, 2022, with a total score of 91.26%.
According to a report released by the PRO-8 Office of Regional Plans Strategic and Management Division (ORPSMD), BPPO took first place among the six provincial offices, two city offices, and the Mobile Force Battalion at the Police Regional Office 8. (PRO-8).
The UPER is an accumulative ranking based on each province or city's operational and administrative accomplishments.
Apas applauds all personnel, from provincial governors to police stations, for a job well done.
"Such performance is indeed a result of the collaborative efforts, commitment, and dedication of all Biliran PPO officers and men in carrying out its mandate to serve and protect the public, with the indispensable support of LGUs and stakeholders of Biliran province," Apas said.
