TACLOBAN CITY — To meet the needs for "emergency response" and "disaster risk reduction management" in Tacloban North, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (CDRRMO) staff and emergency responders from Tacloban City Rescue Unit (TACRU) have been stationed there 24 hours a day since September 1.
Through this initiative of the City Government of Tacloban, eliminates the need for the responders from CDRRMO and TACRU to travel from downtown to respond to emergencies in the northern barangays.
The Satellite Office of CDRRMO and TACRU is located at the Tacloban North City Hall Extension Office and is prepared to provide emergency services to those in need in the north via an ambulance staffed by qualified responders.
