The Tacloban City District Engineering Office (TCDEO) exceeded the target rates for Absorptive Capacity (A/C), Disbursement Rate (D/R), and Prior Year as announced in the Financial Status Report for July 2022 at the DPWH Region VIII Monthly Coordination Meeting on August 24, 2022, in Catarman, Northern Samar.
In terms of disbursement rate, the Tacloban City District Engineering Office (TCDEO) received a 45.53 percent actual disbursement rate, which exceeded the given 35 percent disbursement target by 10.53 percent, placing them first in ranking in commendably handling the District's allotted funds.
Additionally, the Tacloban City District Engineering Office (TCDEO) also ranked fourth place with its 64.61 actual percentage, which has exceeded the 60 percent target in the prior year (2021), and tenth place in Absorptive Capacity or Obligation Rate (percentage of allotment given by a particular agency which has been obligated) with its 91.19 percent, transcending the 80 percent target.
