Touch Mobile (TM) introduces a simplified SIM registration process and portal link. Quick and easy registration ensures uninterrupted mobile services and compliance with SIM Registration Act. |
(UPDATED) For Touch Mobile (TM) subscribers who haven't registered their SIM cards yet, time is running out. The deadline for SIM card registration is approaching quickly, and there won't be any more extensions. To avoid interruption in your mobile services, you must complete the registration process before July 25.
Initially, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) set the deadline for SIM card registration on April 26, 2023. However, after considering appeals and giving subscribers nationwide enough time to complete their registrations, the deadline was extended until July 25, 2023.
If you don't register your SIM card by July 25, your connection will be disconnected, and your SIM card will become unusable. More than 100.2 million SIM cards have been registered successfully, which is a significant achievement and accounts for around 60% of all purchased SIM cards.

Step 2 – Enter Your Mobile Phone Number and OTP
Once you're on the registration page, enter your mobile phone number. After submitting your number, wait for a one-time pin (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. This OTP is important in completing the registration process.
Step 3 – Fill Out the Registration Form and Submit Documents
Enter the OTP on the registration page and fill out the registration form. Ensure you provide accurate information, such as your full name, birth date, gender, and address. You also need to upload a photo of your government-issued ID and take a selfie for verification.
The identification document serves as proof of your identity and is necessary for completing the registration process.
Step 4 – Confirm Successful Verification
After submitting the registration form and all the required documents, you'll receive a confirmation message indicating a successful verification. This confirmation means your SIM card is now registered and valid. You can now take advantage of the full range of mobile services provided by Touch Mobile.
Step 5 – Keep Your Reference Number
Save a copy of your reference number. This number serves as proof of your successful registration and may be necessary for future inquiries or concerns.
Deadline for Registering Your TM SIM Card
Registering your TM SIM card before the July 25, 2023, deadline is important. This will prevent your SIM from being deactivated.
