TACLOBAN CITY – Tacloban City Hospital (TCH) received a generous donation of medical equipment from the Filipino-Chinese Amity Club, Tacloban Chapter, significantly boosting the hospital's capacity to provide quality healthcare.
The donation, which includes 15 hospital beds, 10 wheelchairs, 30 folding beds, 2 multifunction baby cribs, an ambulance collapsible stretcher, 2 pulse oximeters, and 2 suction machines, was handed over to the hospital.
Dr. Ben Leonardo “Bopeb” Go Jr., TCH Chief of Hospital, expressed his gratitude for the donation. He noted that the hospital is expanding and that the additional equipment will help serve more patients.
Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez also extended his appreciation to the Filipino-Chinese Amity Club, led by Chapter President Samuel Ngo, for their support.
